The Ike Silver Dollar Coins were minted in San Francisco between 1971-4, and also 1976. The coins were made either proof or uncirculated. The Ike dollars that are in a worn condition will command only a little higher than their face value. Whereas those that are in mint condition have a value typically of up to $50. The Ike dollars are not really worth that much, they are simply too recent and currently too common to be of high value to collectors. However, as the last of the heavy dollar coins that were produced in the US, they are a good coin to keep as a memento. There are a variety of different designs on the coins: A portrait of President Eisenhower, the Apollo 11 Mission Insignia, and the Liberty Bell. If you have the complete set of mint condition high-grade Ike Dollar coins, then they would be very valuable to collectors, and would sell for a modest sum.
