Another way to do it:
1.Crumple it up.
2.Leave it in the sun until it looks yellow.
3.Then put the paper on the table.
4.Get a cup of water & place it next to the paper.
5.dip your finger tips in the cup of water, then sprinkle the paper with water.
6.Repeat this several times before drying the paper with a hair dyer.

!Now your paper looks old!

I know someone who was doing an oriental type ink drawing and he wanted it to look very old, he bought rice paper and baked it very low heat, but i am not sure if he put anything on it before he put it in the oven. Maybe it was just water, but hopefully someone else online here might know, it was a long time ago when i was in college.

Burn the edges is one very popular way. But a lot of people also crinkle it and rip it a little on the edges!
