Wow what a hard question to answer, seriously. That coin had two variations in its minting. The first one is the motto "In God We Trust" in large letters within the wreath, this coin is worth about $15. But the second variation, where the motto "In God We Trust" is in smaller letters is worth around $200. It is really hard to tell unless you can compare it to a similar coin from 1864. I would just take it into a coin dealer and have him tell you which one it is. He will probably offer at least $100 for the small motto variation regardless of its condition.
