With stamps it very very difficult to put a price just like that. Any way if the ink is pink than you might sitting on a fortune as those are very rare I think a series of 15 ever made, by mistake, and 3 remaining. If the ink is black or dark blue than the value of that stamp is about $3.00 if you get anyone to buy it. But you can also use the stamp as it is still valid. It is part of a 1980's collection that is still in use by the postal service.
