Take a piece of cardstock, cut it into a slat with the desired dimensions. Print "Reserved" onto a sheet of light-colored paper, preferably textured. Fold the cardstock into halves, like a card, and slit the upper left and lower right hand corners of one half (looking at it horizontally). Cut the "Reserved" slip to fit, and slide it into the slits, it should hold itself :)
