Do not give it away. I would sell it. Call a music store and give them the serial number they can probably tell you an age and the value of it there.

I also have an M Shulz Company piano serial# 94056 and I researched it. Mine was made in 1913. So I am assuming yours is even older. There is a website you can go to find the age of it, but I cannot remember what it is.
It is old Tha stoped making them in 1933 because the econ I have one from 1869 in good con they were the best around and all most hand made so there is some money there
