The Pro Bowl head coaches are the head coaches of the teams that lost in the AFC and NFC championship games for the same season of the Pro Bowl in question. Not decided for 2008 Pro Bowl, yet.
The Head Coach for that years losing team in the NFC and AFC Championship game are named head coach for their respective conferences. The 2010 Pro Bowls coaches are yet to be determined, since the playoffs have'nt started. But this year there are some changes to the Pro Bowl. The Pro Bowl was always played the week after the Super Bowl, in Hawaii. This year the Pro bowl will be played in Miami, Fla. The week before the Super Bowl. That means that players from the 2 teams competing in the Super Bowl will not be eligable to play in the Pro Bowl.
The head coach of the previous year's conference champion team is selected to coach that conferences team in the Pro Bowl.
