Have you ever seen any uniquely themed restaurants? What theme or slogan would doom a restaurant to failure?

The most unique I've seen was Peggy Sue's in Hesperia. I loved the atmosphere and employees.

After Hippy's answer I don't know if I could top that nasty resturant! But I could add the idea for the "to go" bags could be barf bags! 😝
