I enjoyed going to the gym and working out solo. But when I would bring my sister as a guest we always had a blast. However the months I had my "Curves" membership I liked working out in a group. I guess I liked working out regardless as long as I was in air conditioning! There is your key! :0)

people. I would get to socialise and it would also be good to know that we
would have folks with whom to talk in case of difficulties and so on.
