Jiu Jitsu is awesome. I wish we had a place near us that taught it . . . When I drop a few more pounds I might start up Aikido.

If you wanna compare these two. 100 % Wrestling.

But also i would know what wrestling you pointing out! ?

Wrestling or WWE World Wrestling Entertainment ?

The first Wrestling wouldn't be Martial art as far as i know! But the second Wrestling i'm sure counted as Martial arts! Due it's classes and training.

Now

-However at the end, Wrestling is a better section for building muscles.

-Also Wrestling is the most prefect way for self defense in compare of Judo , So many people consider Judo as a high self defense sport! But they missing something, most and almost all of the techniques of Judo designed by cloths, over the cloths and it's uniform, if someone take their shirt off or run at you naked! You won't be able to do anything cause you relied on Judo for fighting someone.

None of the two, I think kung fu is the best.

Judo builds your core. One of the main training techniques is to build a strong core, this means well developed abdomen as well as lower back. This will help deter any back injuries that plague the majority of Americans.

I would do Japanese Ju Jitsu for overall muscle development. It too, builds a very strong core like judo, but since it employs the use of punches and kicks, it builds you upper and lower body as well. It gives you more opportunity to learn to manipulate your opponents using body mechanics. If you cannot find Ju Jitsu, then Hapkido is it's Korean counter part.
