I walk every day, ride my bike, do minimal exercise and eat as healthy as I can.
I swim at least three times a day, walk my Hound almost every day and try to eat as healthy as I can. Except I slip and have a few beers now and again ! LOL This is about a daily routine(except for the beer) and during the cold weather, I do a lot of walking.
I walk everyday and usually get more than the suggested 20,000 steps.
Work keeps me fit.
I do some weight lifting but keep it under 40 pounds and keep the reps low.
I love shopping, so there's more walking there.
I have a dog, so tack on a few more steps there.
As for diet, I try to include some protein in the form of peanut butter and I also have at least one serving of yogurt everyday. I try to avoid refined sugars as much as possible, but chocolate is one of my guilty pleasures.
Try to get enough sleep.
I wake up every morning at 6am to take a jog before walking the kids to school. I occasionally use the gym at work either when I first get there or throughout the day when I have free time or find myself browsing Blurtit =). I usually use the gym on the days I decide to use my free massage coupons at work.
Our family has dinner at 6pm. I record everything I eat on my phone. Around 8pm my spouse and I would begin our work-out regiment either at home or the gym. Every other day I take classes in Jiu Jitsu. If it's a nice night out, I take the whole family out for a run in the breeze before bed.
During the weekends the whole family take our bikes to San Francisco and Marin for a ride.
