I love to go for long walks, just to see what I can see! I went to a state Forrest yesterday, the rhododendron are in bloom as is the snow on the mountain, just beautiful. I also enjoy just sitting outside reading nd relaxing, swimming and BBQ-ing! Yum!

Hiking on the local trails with my two four legged boys. I have two older brothers, one has a decent size ranch near me. He has horses, cows, chickens and goats, so most weekends i love to help him out with the animals. My dogs love to give the horses a hard time for some reason lol. They like to chase each other. I ride them as often as i can. I love to spend time with my two nieces and my other brother. They are so darn cute. They are 8 and 10 years old. So we play dress up, have tea parties, go swimming and go for ice cream (his wife passed away three years ago) Really any outdoor activities, whatever they may be are my favorites as long as it's with family and friends...... (:

Hiking and nature photography. I am thinking about trying kayaking this summer too. I hope I like it as I am moving near a river and it would be great exercise.

That's going for a walk everyday around the park, as walking is good for the health,  and have a ride on my bicycle as well.

I really like having long strolls in the woods. Sometimes I take some guests from the Nursery.

As Mary Shelley said, "Let me count the ways..."

Back in the day it was triathlon. The whole family was involved and spent enormous amounts of time out training. That went of for most of the 1980s and was a wonderful period.

Then, when I was 60 I decided to learn to fly a hang glider. Don't knock it. It's fabulous. Scared the bejesus out of my instructor and I never did get my licence. Ah well. The only time I really got scared was when I landed in a paddock where a bull was grazing. There I was, strapped into a multi-coloured kite with no chance for a quick escape, and he just kept eating.

These days I just walk -- but it's lovely on the mountains where I live and walking is a sheer pleasure -- arthritis notwithstanding. :(
