Yes. It's a free country. There is nothing to stop a pro-choice organisation running a similar ad in the future either during the Superbowl or at another time.

If I were him, I wouldn't do it, but MONEY RULES ALL, and if the pro-lifers want to pay the millions for the ad, then the ad is in.  Pro life means no abortions at all, but to some women who have had abortions it won't bother them.  A friend had to fight a protest crowd, with her husband at her side, to have the procedure.  They didn't know it would have been harmful to her health.  We should not judge, it's the couple's right to do as they choose, and it is a hard choice, whether or not heal conditions exist that could harm mother or baby.
