I had to check in a football records book to get this answer. There was no all time tackle leader listed. All time sack leader Bruce Smith Buffalo Bills 200. Not in the book, Dave "Deacon" Jones would be my answer. He played for the L.A.Rams. A lot of records were not kept in football until the early 1980's
