I would say, yes it is, but it wouldn't be worth much more than face value at this stage. As they have only recently been released, there hasn't been much movement in terms of their value. However, if they turn out to be anything like the George Washington ones that were similar and released recently also (specifically the ones found with errors), they could be worth anywhere up to US$150.
