Yes sports r necessary for us.Sports help us 2 improve our stamina.It makes us fit n healthy.It is a very gud form of relaxation n tym paas instead of sitting in front of d tv n waste our precious tym.Sports teach you 2 b competetive n bcum a team member.It is also a gud way of making frends n social work.Its an exercise 2 for d body 2 keep energy n gud form as students need it.Sports refreshes d body n mind.Spots game helps us maintain a healthy life.Its also helps us 2 remain fit n happy 2.
Sports and games are very important for refreshing the mind. They help in maintaining physical health which also helps in juicing up brain skills. Not only do sports and games enhance physical and mental abilities, but they also teach one the importance of teamwork, that is---- united we stand, divided we fall!!!

It helps a student to get a physical activity after a long time in front of a book.it makes a child relax and makes the strong .
The games and sports are an integral part of our life. We can never never ignore or neglect them in any way. As we are well aware of the fact that the games provide physical as well as mental fitness as if a person is physically fit then he could be mentally fit.
In School level children need to study and because of this they get confined to studies only and don't get time to perform sport activities and from here the problem begins because a well known fact says that "Each person has got TALENT in each field" but no one is talented in only in a confined field.
Some schools do not promote sport facilities as the think that its mere a waste of time and some schools are not spacious enough to facilitate sports and due to that students do not get chance to show their caliber in sports. Let us take an example of a student only, he/she gets problem while studying a specific but he/she is perfect in a specific sport and is not getting opportunity to enhance it then what would be the use of such talent? Rather it would be treated as waste.
If the students would be taught sports activities in school level only they can enhance their talent and can also initiate in Olympics.
And hence, Sports and Games are important, rather they are necessary in Schools.

As for my opinion the main thing is sports keep us healthy, vansh ika maintain our body, pass our time nd entertain us I am vansh ika studing in class 7 but I have a advice that " PLEASE PLAY FOREVER "
