All you have to do is deliver the package to the nearest outlet of these courier companies, along with the exact address of the place in Iraq where you want the package to be delivered. You will be billed on the weight of the package. As soon as the package is delivered, you will receive intimation which will have the receiver's signature on it. You can also send the package via governmental postal services, which are quite reasonable price wise but take approximately 10-15 days to make the delivery.
