Watching: NFL football, the only sport I do watch.

Participating in: Tennis and softball.

I also play golf, though I don't rate the style of golf we play as a sport, more like foreplay before happy hour. 🏑+🕒=🍹

Barb, a few years ago the New York Times asked readers to submit their definition of faith. One guy wrote in and said, "Faith is believing that the Cubs can win the pennant after 100 years of failing to do so."

So true Didge. Cubs' fans are the most loyal and patient fans. It's really more about the experience you have at Wrigley Field when you go to a game. It's a family feeling .. and even if they lose .. everyone has a good time.

Participate? I spent 10 years competing in triathlon. Wonderful sport but, like Rooster, I'm too old for it now.

Viewing? Top level tennis. Great skills, great spectacle.

Art doesn't only occur on paper or piece of stone but on a ball and a green pitch. A knowledge, talent, philosophy, technique, tactic, formation, psychology, fitness, focus, confidence, pressure, emotion. Unity, teamwork  .. . . .that's soccer!
