If it is silver it would be worth what ever the current market value of silver is on the market. It may have additional value based on it's condition, markings and other collector issues that may increase the value for this secondary collectors market. If it is a US Dollar Silver Certificate it would be more for the collectors value as these certificates were called in the 1960's I believe by the US Government thereby making the option of cashing in for silver void.
