Does Social Security Treat Gambling Winnings As Income For An Individual 65 Years Old That Is Collecting Monthly Social Security Benefits?

Probably, since they do on younger taxpayers. This is an area where I would think about the "don't ask, don't tell" policy. If you are still filing, there'll be a line for gambling winnings.  If it's just a small amount, I don't think they care, but if it's above, $600 seems to somehow come to mind, they probably do.  I'm not sure on the amount, so I'd ask someone more knowledgeable, like an accountant.
