Depending on what year the card is from, you can be sure that the Barry Sanders rookie card that you have could well be valuable. The most precious card is from the year 1989 so will therefore be worth the most. If you have a card from any other years you are going to have to research to see how much they are selling for.

If you are looking to sell online it is in your interests to look on many different bidding websites to see how much people are selling the cards for. Alternatively you can see if there are any online for a fixed price as this will also give you a good idea of its value. If you cannot find what you are looking for online, you can always go into a local card or comic store who might be able to give you the price that you are looking for. They should at least give you information on the Barry Sanders card that you have and how much they would sell it for in their store.

Once you have the price of your product it is up to you whether or not you sell a how you sell it. People will likely think that they can get more than the asking price for the best Barry Sanders card that is on the market today, as long as they have the right buyer. If you are sure that you have the right card from the right year you should be able to get close to the price you are asking for.

$25.00 However if you are trying to sell good luck. Once a player retires/or dies their value declines because their popularity lessens. You can easily find this card selling for under $5 (with shipping included). Currently His only cards worth having are his '89 Score and any that have his certified autograph (without that letter of authenticity all you have is a nice card that someone wrote on which makes it worthless) or any of his jersy/memorbilia/limited serial numbered cards - under 100 in print preferred.

What kind of condition is it in?  That makes a big difference.  I'm sure it is worth a decent amount of money as long as it's in one piece.

I think your best bet will be to take the card to a comic book store, and talk to them there. They deal with cards all the time, and have books on them. Hope this helps.

If you don't get your answer here, try googling it on the net.  I looked earlier for someone and found a lot of sites that can give you that info.  Good luck.

The sad fact is that a Barry Sanders rookie card is worth a lot less than it should be. If it is a Topps rookie in mint condition you can get around $40. I've seen them range up to around $100 though.
