You can not restore anything on any coin unless you plan to keep it for your self. If and when you locate someone to do it for you and they tell you how much it will cost you will quickly change your mind. L have an 1864 penny that some put a wire brush to in an effort to clean it up never realizing that they destroyed the value of the coin.
