In 4 tosses of a fair coin, there are 16 possible outcomes. The number of each of the possibilities is given here  Qty - outcome  1 - 0 H, 4 T  4 - 1 H, 3 T  6 - 2 H, 2 T  4 - 3 H, 1 T  1 - 4 H, 0 T
You will have more heads than tails for the last two possibilities, so the probability is 5/16 of getting more heads than tails.

If you do the math, there are four flips of a coin, and two possible sides (heads and tails), so you would multiply the number of flips times the number of sides on a coin (4 x 2), and you get 8, which will be your denominator in the following fraction: 1/8. So... You have a 1/8 (12.5%) chance of getting more heads than tails in four flips of a fair coin. (The same method applies for getting more tails than heads on four flips of a fair coin)
